Mary Lieb, President   
Mary is the President/ CEO of F1 Computer Solutions, Inc. which is a small, woman owned business. Mary has over twenty years of experience in the federal and commercial sectors with contract management, organizational development and security. She has a B.S. in Technology and Management from the University of Maryland. She spent eleven years with the Central Intelligence Agency in the security field and supported government and intelligence communities. Mary spent one year in the Women's Executive Leadership Program sponsored by the Office of Personnel Management.

She serves on the Fauquier County Public Schools Excellence in Education committee as well as being involved in many other community activities.

Lanny Cornwell, Chief Technology Officer   
Lanny has over twenty years of experience in the commercial and federal government sectors. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and technical certifications with Cisco, Microsoft and IBM. Lanny has vast experience is designing and implementing secure global networks. He specializes in system architecture and enterprises networking concepts. Lanny has networking and systems design and support experience with the NRO, CIA, DoD, DEA and DOJ and has supported government and intelligence communities.

He serves as President of FCRHL as well as being involved in many other community activities.

Bill Sterbinsky, Director   
Bill has over twenty years of experience in the commercial and federal government sectors. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and a M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. With 10 years experience at the National Security Agency, he has extensive experience in system architecture and design; DoD Secure Networks; and Information System Security. As a senior network engineer in the commercial sector, Bill has broad experience in designing and implementing Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, Secure Networks, and Wireless Systems. He is a Cisco Certified Wireless LAN Account Manager and has supported government and intelligence communities.
